Yes, the set is complete with cylinder and bottle. I have since ordered 2 more "Co" cylinders so that I now have 3 cylinders. This means I can reorder 2 bottles of Co2 at a time and use SodaStream without any gaps. The exchange by post works perfectly within 2-3 days.
