Is a card with the Windows 10 key included with the USB stick or is it no longer needed with the installation medium?

You probably have a USB stick with at least 8 GB lying around somewhere.
A USB stick with the file "Setup.exe" and a card with the product key is enclosed.
Card with serial key is included.
