Question about Ring Alarm (Gen 2) Starter Security Kit
In the pictures, it looks like the two parts are mounted to form a contact on one level (window and wall). In my case, the window and frame are not on the same level. Do you have a solution to this problem?
What can I do if the gap is greater than 2cm? Thank you
The distance simply must not be greater than approx. 2 cm. Whether they are at the same height or diagonally does not matter.
That's not the case with us either, it works perfectly. The system still recognises when the door/window is closed or opened.
