I'm thinking of getting this for my media PC, which is pretty much exclusively films and series. Does anyone use it like this? What are these LEDs for (apart from maybe looking cool)? Is it possible to deactivate them? I could imagine it being annoying and distracting when watching movies. Thank you.

Yes, you can also deactivate the LED. I have connected the SBX to my GPC. Top sound and basses also fit. I can only recommend it.
