If I order the PC with delivery by CSL (cheaper), how does this work in the event of a warranty claim? Can I then take the PC to Digitec or do I have to go through CSL?

In the case of such items from third-party dealers, they take over the processing. However, you can register the warranty claim with us via your customer account.
