If I buy this product, is the bands you print on included? If not where do I buy them? Does it come with the electrical adaptor too?

One band with 12mm white is included. If you need more (other sizes or colors), look on the productpage. You can find it under the section "Matching accessories" --> "Labeling strips"
Power Supply is not included. But you can use it with 6x AAA Batteries.
