I would like to switch the boxes on and off via switched sockets on my TV. Can anyone confirm that this is possible, i.e. as soon as you plug in the system, it also switches on at the previous volume on the line-in channel (aux)? Thank you
I have to agree with the previous speaker. I have switched the Bose via a socket (together with a PC) and I always have to touch the controller so that it outputs the sound. So I don't think you can do it the way you want without some skilled intervention.
I use Bose Companion 50 on a PC. There, it works exactly the same way that tapping the slider turns the previous volume back on. However, it can also be changed very easily by touching and moving the ring on the control.
