I would like to order the nuki but my door opens with a knob and not a key inside which model should I order? I have entered the compatibility test on the nuki website which tells me that my door is compatible Thank you for the help

I have also tested the door and it is compatible but I had problems and had to change the lock because nuki broke the cylinder.
I wrote to nuki to let them know I was unhappy and since July I have been wanting to buy the nuki universal cylinder but it is still out of stock.
