Question about Wood's MDK11

I would like to know whether electric heating panels of the 'Norwegian' or 'Swedish' type really consume so little electricity and are able to heat well. I would need them to heat a house in the countryside during a few weekends in winter. I would also like to know who has and how they get on with a good dehumidifier but with a direct outlet, without a cassette (so it can always work even when I'm not there).

I have been using the MDK21 to dry laundry for two years, it also has a hose connection and I am very happy with it. I also have the SW-38FM in the cellar and there is nothing wrong with this appliance either. I'm very happy with the brand. Pay attention to the m2 figure and it's better to go one size up.

I have had the Wood's MDK11 in continuous operation in the cellar for over a year. You can connect a hose directly. Always runs perfectly.

Hello Anonymous, for dehumidification without monitoring, we strongly recommend an SW20-FW or SW38-FM. You can connect both versions with a hose so that they function without monitoring and are permanently and hygrostatically controlled. In my opinion, the SW series is the most reliable dehumidifier series on the market and has an average life expectancy of approx. 25-30 years.
Have fun dehumidifying with the Swedish dehumidifiers from the Wood's brand - The No. 1 in the dehumidifier category (GRP: 2022, 2023, 2024). All the best, Wood's Switzerland.
