I would like to install a router in addition to my Swisscom Internetbox to enable a VPN connection for streaming content.
Can someone answer the following questions:
- If I connect this router to the Internetbox, will only the router send the Internet signal?
- Which ports do I need to connect the router to?
- Is Wireguard now supported or is it still in the beta version?
- What do I need to consider in general? Are there more suitable devices?

On the Asus you have to plug it into the WAN and on the Swisscom router you have to switch off the WLAN and get the signal from the LAN port. OpenVPN, WireGuard etc. are supported. Is supported.
You can test the asus router app.
