I would like to connect this antenna to a Fritzbox 6842 LTE. To do this, it seems that I need an intermediate piece that cancels the DC short-circuit of the antenna. Do they have this in their range?

"After this circumstance was finally known by manufacturers in the industry, almost all antenna producers had developed in this direction and in some places even antennas with a missing DC short circuit were retrofitted. In 2012, the Berlin-based company AVM brought the "FRITZ!Box 6842 LTE" onto the market. This has connections for external antennas, but unlike usual, the 6842 does not require a DC short-circuit of the antenna or there must not be one at all in order to ensure optimal utilisation of an external antenna!

If you want/need to connect an external antenna, but do not want to do without the advantages of a Fritzbox, then you should go for a FRITZ!Box 6840 LTE. This has exactly the same functionality as the 6842 and even 4 Gbit LAN ports. Moreover, as far as antennas are concerned, the router is absolutely independent of an existing or missing DC short circuit."

Unfortunately, I do not have a corresponding adapter in my range.
