I would like to connect it to the TV so that I can also have the sound on Bluetooth headphones. Will the sound also be output via the jack output or only via the adapter and therefore no longer via the TV speakers?

Good day
The TP-Link HA100 is a Bluetooth receiver and not a transmitter.
It is used to stream audio from a mobile phone to a stereo system.

You would need a Bluetooth transmitter such as:
Marmitek BoomBoom 50 Bluetooth TV Audio Transmitter (Transmitter)
Avantree Priva 3 (transmitter)
LogiLink BT0024 - Bluetooth Audio Transmitter & Receiver (Transmitter & Receiver)
b-tech B-Speech RTX1 - Bluetooth Transmitter & Receiver (Transmitter & Receiver)

Normally, the TV will no longer output audio if the headphone port is occupied.
But if you use an RCA to jack cable for the BT transmitter, for example, you can use TV audio and Bluetooth in parallel.
