Sorry, my first answer was incomplete.

First of all, you need to go to https://setup.office.com, where you can validate the serial number you obtained from Digitec and add it to your Microsoft account (don't forget to log in to your account). The product will then still be available in your account, under the 'Subscriptions' tab (left-hand column on your account page).
