I was able to redeem the two codes. However, they do not appear in the order history in the Microsoft account afterwards and the term was not extended. 
Can the problem be solved with Digitec or Microsoft?

It worked for me this morning via setup and the subscription was extended from February 22 to May 24. In the order process it also shows is when you click on details of the other. Directly it shows me only old entries 2017 and older.

Activation via setup did not work.
After help from Microsoft, activated again successfully with redeem.Microsoft.com.
