I wanted to connect the devices with Philipps Hue, but unfortunately it only works on the 1st floor where the router is connected to the Hue bridge. Why are my lamps not visible on the 2nd floor? (Same WLAN).

Have you selected the operating mode "Access Point" or "Router"? I don't have Philips Hue but I have to use my Mash in Access Point mode as some things don't work in Router mode.
