Question about Huawei E5377: LTE/HSPA mobile modem

LTE is faster ( 4G = 150Mbit/s max and 4G LTE = 300Mbit/s max. ), it's not the same. A 4G antenna is not a 4GLTE antenna, it's two different antenna.

I think 4G and LTE are the same thing. But I'm not entirely sure.
