I use the device as a replacement for my old Google Chromecast stick/adapter for streaming via Chromecast from my tablet. The display of my Google albums in Google Ambient mode is important to me (screensaver mode on the Thomson Streaming Box). To my disappointment, the photo recording date is not displayed as it is on the Google Chromecast stick/adapter. This function is very important to me. Does anyone know of a way to display the recording date of the photos in the albums here as well?

I also use the box as a replacement for the old Chromecast and have realised that some functions have fallen by the wayside (volume control of the apps is sometimes overridden by the box). Especially when it comes to the streaming functions, the box is "overqualified" and "overregulates" the possibilities of the tablet and smartphone. I also had no success with Google's guidance on this topic:

By default, information such as the name of the album, the date and location of the photo is displayed for your photos. If you do not want this information to be displayed on your devices, proceed as follows:
    Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
    Press and hold the tile on your device.
    Tap Settings in the top right-hand corner and then Picture Frame.
    Tap on Google Photos and scroll to "Data for your own photos".
    Set "Data for your own photos" to Hide.
