I understand is is hard, but could I still pick it up, the heat Well is now!
As far as I know, very large and/or very heavy parcels are not legally allowed to be issued without suitable safety clothing. I assume that this is why you cannot pick up this air conditioner in the shop. However, it is best to contact the customer service, we in the community cannot say for sure.
