Question about equip Ergo electric sit-stand table frame

I set up the product yesterday. The height adjustment does not work. The display only shows 3 lines on the far right. Otherwise nothing lights up. I have tried different. I tried to press various "buttons" at the same time, but nothing. The reset function does not react either. Does anyone have any ideas?
