Question about Conceptronic Adapter Bluetooth Bluetooth Adapter 5.1 NanoUSB 10-20m black
I saw connection distance 100m in an open place, a bit unrealistic to me. How far you can go away from it and stay connected in a flat? Currently have a Asus bt500 and breaks connection around 20m and wondering if this product is any better.

The BT transmitter goes really far, in open terrain the 100m is quite realistic. With walls, maybe 20m.
I had onboard Bluetooth on the computer under the table and lousy reception. I attached this stick to a microphone arm with an extension cable. Now I have uninterrupted reception in my small flat. No matter if balcony or bathroom. The placement makes all the difference, away from walls and in the middle of the room in terms of height. The strength of a Bluetooth transmitter is regulated by law (whereby at 2-5Ghz even double mW power does not mean double the range), so the advantage of this device lies in the free placement (if extended) or at best the possibility of attaching a directional antenna, since the one supplied can be unscrewed.
