I received this product on 04.04.2017 and installed it immediately. Last week I rebooted my Mac and the programme was deleted. How can I restore Office?
I don't know the Mac version but maybe it's the same as Windows:
During the installation you have to enter or create a Microsoft account, which is then linked to the product key... -> In this case, simply log in again with the account at setup.office.com and download.
If it was installed directly via an .iso image, then you only need the key, which should be in the box you received. -> Simply install again with the .iso imager and enter the key.
