The Windows DVD will probably be sent by letter post, so there is no parcel tracking.

When products are registered with the post office, you usually receive the tracking number immediately by e-mail. What does the delivery status in the customer account say? If it is shipped from Digitec's warehouse, it takes max. 2 weekdays. If it is shipped from another warehouse/provider, it can take a day longer. 😀
