I noticed that the PC has been stuttering regularly for a good week, despite updated drivers. This problem has already been mentioned by a negative review from another user. Is there a solution for this problem?

Unfortunately, we cannot give you a general solution or answer. You can try to re-install the system or, if you have Windows 11 installed, downgrade back to Windows 10.
