To reset the box to factory settings, proceed as follows: Disconnect the box from the power supply, press and hold the Back button and OK button at the same time, reconnect the box to the power supply and continue to hold the buttons until the reset menu appears. Alternatively, you can also select System > About > Reset > Factory reset in the settings.

Both methods delete all data and restore the factory settings.
