Question about Dyson Pure Cool Link

I have three Dyson Pure Cool Link towers for different rooms. One of them has been "spinning" lately: it constantly swings back and forth as soon as it is connected to the power. Neither via the remote control nor via the app can the swivelling movement be switched off. The app even nicely shows the status of whether it should be off or on. It only stops panning as soon as it is disconnected from the power. All other functions are OK. Can I do anything myself?

I also had the exact same problem, including the correct display of the setting in the app. That's why I didn't use the Cool Link for about 6 months. When I plugged it back in, nothing worked at all. Very disappointing what Dyson delivers. In any case, you are not alone

I can't help but have that problem too. It spins all the time, you can't turn it off. I'm afraid it needs to be repaired.
