I have this model but it no longer ascends... I have read online that this problem has happened often... where can I send it for repair?

I had similar problems. There was always some annoying scratching, then it would switch on and off. In the end I had to throw it away because an electrician said it wasn't worth repairing.
You can restart it via the Bose app
