Question about Wood's MDK11

i have the same problem as some have already commented with the buttons. now i don’t have a car or any friends close by the could help me to return it to a galaxus store. is there any other way i could return it and get the new version of it?

Hello chrismisc,
thank you for your valued question. There was a slightly increased failure rate of the displays in the August 2024 delivery. Just under 3% of the devices in the 08.2024 design (has already been revised) were affected. 3% is a very low failure rate and is well below the industry average. The MDK11 has been available in the new design since 15/09/2024 and impresses with its quality and efficiency. So if you buy a new MDK11 or have it replaced, you will already receive the latest version.
