Question about Apple TV 4K (2nd Gen)
I have the predecessor Apple TV 4K. I use the Match Content function (automatic switching of frame rate and/or HDR/DolbyVision). With my LG C9, the picture remains black for quite a long time when switching. Often there is also a "no signal" picture for a short time. The new Apple TV 4K is supposed to have HDMI 2.1. QMS (Quick Media Switching) from the 2.1 standard should solve this problem. Has the situation improved with the new Apple TV 4K? Does the new box switch more quickly?

A "black time" still exists with me (LG 4K TV and ESPSON 4K beamer). Since I have replaced both "old" APTV 4K with the 2021 versions, I can no longer make a direct comparison. It feels negligibly faster. M.W. there is a good test in the Mac&i...
