I have started up the device with Google Home (iOS).
When I select the Display option in the app, nothing happens except that the 'busy' icon rotates.
Is this the same for you guys?

Yes, that doesn't seem to work via IOS (at the moment?). I also sporadically go via an Android phone, here it works without any problems.
