Question about Maxxmee Decorative fireplace with humidification function 180 W
I have purchased the unit and would like to ask the following: * Does the unit come without an instruction manual? I was surprised that the two atomisers only start working after a while. During the first 2 minutes hardly anything happened. * Does the unit stop when no more water can be atomised (level measurement)? * Can the atomisers break if the level is too low? And the flame effect, as Eric Willmann criticises in the reviews, is indeed sparse....

According to my investigations, the situation is as follows:
- After about one minute, the ultrasonic atomisers start to produce water mist. The unit needs some time to produce a realistic flame image. To accelerate the flame development, warm water (approx. 40 °C to 60 °C) can be used.
- If there is not enough water in the water tank, the appliance switches off automatically.
- The water tank should be emptied and cleaned every two days. According to my research, the atomisers should not break when the level gets low.
