Question about Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020
I have ordered the Acrobat Std 2020 and actually expect a download link and a LicKey by email. Can it be that this product will actually be delivered on DVD, i.e. by courier service? Surely that can't seriously be the case in 2022? :-( What experiences have you had?
Yes, Acrobat is delivered as a DVD.
And the key only works with this English version.
I downloaded the German version of Acrobat Standard 2020 and tried to activate it with the key from the DVD supplied! I did not succeed.
Depends on what you have ordered. DVD may well be possible. But a download link is also possible. I have been agonising with Adobe for 3 months. First I had to notify Adobe that I no longer wanted digitec as a dealer so that I could manage the products online via the admin console. Adobe needed a written form for this. When I was then able to order directly online from Adobe in January, the product was initialised retroactively to November and two licences ordered from digitec cannot now be managed via the admin console. I've been waiting for weeks for a new initialisation and feel like I've been taken back to the 20th century by Adobe. Sorry for the expression: "Pain in the ass".
