I have mounted the Sony A80J 77 inch on the bracket. However, it cannot be moved completely flush to the wall, it jams at the last centimetre, probably because the bracket is warped due to the weight of the TV. Question: Is there any way to remedy this or is it OK if the bracket is not completely flush? Is it OK if the bracket is not completely flush and the TV hangs on the wall like this for a long time?

I have had my Sony KD55AG9 on this mount for a while now and it works without any problems, I can also push it all the way up against the wall (which is what the mount is actually designed for). The bracket is designed for TVs with a screen diagonal of up to 195 cm, which is just about compatible with a 77 inch TV. If I were you, I would take a closer look at the bracket and have it replaced if necessary...
