Question about Pioneer VSX-935

I have interruptions in picture and sound on the connected TV Input to VSX-935 comes from Sunrise IPTV Box - output to LG OLED EVO (both via ultra high speed HDMI cable 4K 120Hz) The interruptions are short (approx. 1 sec), irregular, but relatively frequent (every few minutes). What could be the problem?

Helpful answer

I had the same problem and initially thought it was due to the HDMI cable.
However, a firmware update of the VSX-935 solved the problem.
