I have installed the router and a satellite at my home. The router works perfectly and the satellite is connected to the router via 5 ghz frequency. Strangely, the devices connect to the satellite only via 2.4 ghz. Does anyone know why this could be? The devices connect to the router via 5 ghz and of course switch to 2.4 ghz depending on the distance. In general, the devices tend to connect to the router instead of the satellite, even though the satellite is closer.

I would recommend that you install the latest firmware and then try again.

I have used the product in three different places and it works fine everywhere.
