I have hung a box on the wall. Unfortunately, I am not able to screw in the top retaining screw properly because I can't get to it from behind. Does anyone have a solution? Are there special screwdrivers?

I don't quite understand the question or which screw you mean exactly, but you can separate the wall bracket and the speaker bracket (sliding) - so you can first screw the wall bracket cleanly to the wall (sufficient distance from the ceiling) and the Sonos speaker into the speaker bracket, then you can slide the speaker into the wall bracket from above and only have to adjust the angle of the speaker - if necessary ...
