Question about Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
I have had the robot for about 1 month and it already has the 1st error message, error 1. I have cleaned the sensors, what else can I do?
Gently turn the laser unit approx. 1 turn with your finger
Error 1 is mostly related to the laser unit (round sensor on top of the robot), make sure it is spinning, otherwise gently try to get it to spin manually and restart the S8
What should I do when roborock error 1 occurs?
Switch on the robot and make sure that the laser unit is rotating. If the laser unit does not turn, gently rotate it manually, then restart the robot. If you continue to encounter this error, contact Roborock customer service.
