However, I cannot add the camera in the Unifi Protect app (S10). The only option I see is to add a controller, but I don't have one. Then I downloaded the Unifi Video software for the PC, but I can't log in, neither with the user/password that works with the camera, nor with my Ubiquiti account.

if I m not mistake the standalone mode (without controller) will only allow you to connect via the IP address. For the full functionality, you will need to buy the controller
