I have connected this Bosch dishwasher to the power. When I press to top of the door, it opens about 10 cm, if I try to push it down further (opening the door) , I feel an unnatural pressure. I am afraid to push harder not to break the door. What should I do to properly (completely) open the dishwasher door?
