I have connected my Denon AVR x1200w to a Chromecast via HDMI. I want the Chromecast to automatically wake up the AVR when I cast something. Unfortunately, this does not work.

Is this possible at all? In the meantime, there is no TV connected to the receiver.

I have activated the following on the Denon under HDMI Setup:
- Control: On
- Pass: Last

Under Network the following:
- Network Control NetCtrl: Allways

I'm afraid this doesn't work because the Chromecast is actually always on (screensaver) and therefore doesn't know any actual switch-on process. In any case, it didn't work for me either.
