I have bought the Ubiquiti Enterprise 8 PoE . but now the G4 Pro camera no longer works POE + is recognised but no function / IP the other cameras work perfectly . Does anyone have a solution?
Oh... I see it's only about the Switch...? (So not about the DM).
Then check whether PoE is also activated on the corresponding port. To check, you can switch and see if it works on one port (where the cameras are plugged in, which are running)...
Without knowing your exact setup it is difficult to help...;-)

Either the camera is still managed by another device (CloudKey) -> then log off there or you simply do a camera reset (press the button on the camera - depending on the model - for approx. 10 seconds) to then integrate the camera again.
