Question about NanoXX Omega HD+ Swiss & Viaccess module

I have bought a NanoXX, installed it etc.. Almost everything works. There is one problem, the device does not recognise the CH-SAT cart, i.e. I cannot watch SRF1 etc., for example. What to do?

Maybe it's not the card - with my NanoXX I can't receive SRF Info and the two RSI channels, for example! Here, too, I have not yet found or received a solution. In addition, the start-up is extremely slow. If I had known all this, I would have bought another product. Not worth the price
