I have been using this product since 10 July this year, and at the beginning it was running quite well, but after a certain time it hardly cooled at all. It goes from 28C room temperature down to 27C max. I have noticed that sometimes the "cool" mode is activated but only the fan moves. I have changed the mode several times but nothing has changed. I think maybe it's because there's hardly any coolant left or it has a problem with the technology in the body. Is this normal and if not, what can I do?

Fortunately, I have not yet had this problem. I recommend that you first consult the operating instructions. In order to make a different recommendation, I would need more information on the configuration of the unit regarding exhaust air/supply air/operating settings etc. 
As far as I know, you only have to empty the water tank in the "Dehumidify" operating mode.
