I have an existing Microsoft basic 365 and if I upgrade it, it will cost me CHF 100 (30.00 more than at Digitec), I only need 1-2 clicks and all my data from the student plan will be transferred (at least I hope so). How does it work if I buy Microsoft 365 online from Digitec?

Well, if you take the time, it's cheaper to buy a new one every year than to renew it. 
But you'll have to make the change on every computer you own/use
