Question about Linksys Velop Tri Band
I have a UPC Connect Box and wanted to ask if I can connect the Velop to the Connect Box or does the Velop act as a bridge?

Velop can be connected to the Connect Box, but then the Connect Box must always be configured as a bridge, not the Velop system.
