Question about Formuler Z 8

I have a small problem with the Formuler Z8 and it was delivered to me yesterday. Everything worked, including the remote control, but later it didn't. The remote control lights up, but the box doesn't turn on. Only when I unplug the power cable and plug it in again, and then after 10 seconds it goes off again because the remote control doesn't react any more, what can I do? And is it normal?
