I have a problem with the 2nd Mutly. Cannot connect it with the app. Error message: Bluetooth not working. Please check the power supply. Is it the smartphone or the Multy? What can I do?
I would contact Zyxel's customer service. I think it could work again with an update or a new set-up.

I had a similar problem with my phone. Then it worked with the iPad.
