I have a problem with my device, after a power cut the device won't turn on and the led stays hopelessly red! The Z10 is no longer recognised by my TV and I can't get it to restart! Can you help me?

Hi, in my opinion bug machine,

Unplug it, wait 1 hour, plug it back in and reset it if nothing works, but that should solve your problem
