Question about Nuki Smart Lock GO CH-Zylinder (5th Gen)

Problem: For all those who have a knob on the inside, like me, there is still the problem that you don't know which adapter is being sent.

Solution: If you order the Nuki Smart Lock Go on the CH website, you should receive the CH version for Swiss round profile cylinders. With my Digitec Galaxus order within Switzerland, the adapter from Kaba was included, which was exactly right for me. However, other cylinder manufacturers are also used in Switzerland.

Note: Fortunately, the adapter for the knob is available free of charge on the Nuki website. Galaxus also offers the various adapters on its website for a fee. You just need to know which cylinder manufacturer you have installed.

You always need an adapter. There's one that comes with the smart lock go (the Blue one that doesn't fit my lock) but I had to buy the one that fitted my lock. You can find them on galaxus too.

You always need an adaptor for knob locks. There's a blue adaptor that comes with it. I don't know which lock it corresponds to. Personally, I had to buy the red one.
