I have a headset that I put in with headphones but it won't pick up the headset microphone and my friends can't hear me, what can I do?

However, you must not plug the Heatset into the provided plug. You must have an AUX to USB adapter or an adapter that splits the AUX cable into two, then plug one into the microphone and the other into the sound connector, as the PC has "2 AUX" connectors, one for the microphone and the other for the sound.
