Question about Galaxus 10 Gbit/s Fiber
I have 2 questions: 1. Have the initial issues you had with providing service been corrected, if so what is the wait time between getting the equipment delivered home and when the service is actually working? 2. Will I have access to the router admin level to switch off the WIFI and bridge the connection to a TP Link BE85 Mesh system?
The activation time depends on several factors. If your OTO socket is free, we should be able to activate it within 3-7 days in the best case scenario. You will usually receive the equipment by post before the activation date. After placing your order, you will be notified of the date on which activation is possible.
You have access to the settings of our Zyxel router, but the software is restricted. Bridge mode is not currently available. However, WiFi can be switched off.
